The Brief: Multiplex is transforming the WC2. 48 Carey Street will be a high end residential building, with 2 basements, 10 floors and 201 apartments. A private spa lounge fitness and amenity centre.

The site is self-contained on all four sides by public roads and footpaths which created logistical access and security problem for the project. Panthera was awarded the complex hoarding package after submitting a detailed design, cost proposal and works programme.

Due to the restraints of the sites boundary we designed a narrower concrete block supported hoarding system to only take up 825mm.
