With an impressive tenure of 18 years across diverse roles, Mark has ascended to the role of Director overseeing our two security divisions. Collaborating closely with tier one contractors, housebuilders estate managers and surveyors, Mark prioritises risk mitigation and drives innovation within our security divisions.

Meet Shannon, the person behind Panthera Group's financial operations. With a keen eye for detail, she masterfully navigates the financial landscape, supporting our Group in its commercial endeavours.

Say hello to Steve Wood, the beating heart of our warehouse operations. Since 2012, Steve's dedication has kept Panthera's machinery humming and our fleet running smoothly. His mastery of logistics and tireless commitment have been pivotal to our success.

Richard boasts 12 years of experience at Panthera, having joined us when he was just 16. Through his dedication and hard work, Richard has climbed the ranks and become a key leader in our Hoarding division. He now oversees team development, coaching all new hoarding estimators as we grow our team.

Nick joined Panthera in 2021, bringing over a decade of commercial experience to the team. Starting as a Contracts Manager, he advanced to a Senior Manager role and now oversees operations for our Hoarding Division. Nick not only manages daily operations but also leads our Contracts Managers, ensuring smooth and efficient project coordination. His strategic oversight and commitment to excellence have been integral to the division’s continued success.

Since joining Panthera in 2018, James has made a significant impact within our Temporary Site Services M&E division as Contracts Manager. With a strong technical background and an intuitive grasp of client needs, James plays a vital role in our growth and reputation in the Temporary Site Services sector, driving exceptional outcomes for both Panthera and our clients.

Jack has 15 years of business insight, sales acumen and creative marketing expertise. Has joined Panthera Group to leverage their experience, leading the team to drive growth, enhance client relationships and innovate marketing strategies for our temporary site security solutions.
