In the immortal words of Britney Spears, it’s another success for Panthera Group and this time in the National Building and Construction Awards.

Hot on the heels of success at the Construction News Specialist Awards back in October, we are delighted to have ‘done it again’ after being announced as finalist in the both the ‘Green/Sustainability’ and the ‘Innovation of the Year’ categories for EnviroHoard™.

Managing Director, Neal James and Head of Hoarding, Simon Williams, attended the awards ceremony at the Hilton Hotel in Wembley on Thursday 18th November, along with peers from the construction sector. With stiff competition in both categories, Panthera Group took away the coveted silver award in the Green/Sustainable category for their net zero carbon hoarding solution.

Neal, who pioneered the design of EnviroHoard™, was delighted to accept the award on behalf of the whole team;

“The National Building and Construction Awards are designed to raise the profile of industrious, hardworking and enterprising building and construction businesses. We put ourselves forward this year after working very hard on our new version of EnviroHoard™. Not only was it developed in the midst of lockdown, but we also carried on working as suppliers to the construction sector throughout the whole pandemic. We wanted a net zero carbon solution that also offered practical solutions to our customers. A low carbon concrete block, EnviroBlok, combined with the first ever purpose-designed, reusable steel frame for the recycled and recyclable EnviroHoard™ panels, offers a flexible solution that is quick to install and requires no maintenance.”

Choosing EnviroHoard™ for securing sites offers contractors an opportunity to improve BREEAM and Considerate Constructor scoring and is part of a range of construction site solution packages from the Panthera Group.
