Panthera Group is heading into 2023 with an early success for its sustainable hoarding system, EnviroHoard™. Starting the year as it means to go on, the company has signed a Group Wide Framework Agreement with the Morgan Sindall Group for the installation of EnviroHoard™ across all group companies including:

  1. Morgan Sindall Construction
  2. Morgan Sindall Infrastructure
  3. Baker Hicks
  4. Lovell Partnerships
  5. Morgan Sindall Property Services
  6. Overbury
  7. Morgan Lovell
  8. Muse Developments

The agreement, which is for a period of 3 years, will support Morgan Sindall’s stated commitment to ‘tackle climate change by reducing emissions and waste, building energy-efficient building and increasing biodiversity’. With EnviroHoard™ certified as a net carbon zero solution, the pledge to tackle the climate can start right at the boundary of all Morgan Sindall Group developments.

It’s also fantastic news for Panthera Group’s Temporary Site Services and Security Divisions which can be booked and planned in conjunction with the hoarding; offering efficiencies and economies of scale to the customer.

Scott Gregory, Group Procurement manager at Morgan Sindall Group was responsible for developing the agreement with Panthera Group;

“A number of our regional divisions were early adopters of EnviroHoard™ following its launch in 2021. It has subsequently gained traction across the group for its environmental credentials, but also for its operational efficiencies. It complies with Temporary Works codes, is easier to install and needs zero maintenance so over the duration of a contract it’s a cost-effective option.”

Neal James, Managing Director of Panthera Group, is delighted with the agreement;

“One of our objectives for 2023 was to sign further Framework Agreements and to have achieved this so early is fantastic. Main contractors who are serious about decarbonising its projects are realising the proven benefits of EnviroHoard™ through its net zero verified status. It eliminates the use of timber for single use construction projects, is a fully closed loop system and we are not only net zero, but offer climate benefits in the shape of tree planting for every metre installed.”
