Vinci Construction UK won the contract for the redevelopment of this 8 storey office building which was to be carried out to a very high specification. This was a huge project and we at Panthera were thrilled to be awarded a multi-service contract for the enabling works.

Our M & E division were tasked with providing a comprehensive temporary electrics package, providing power to the entire site. They also undertook the servicing of all fire extinguishers and installed a full fire evacuation system which included heat detectors and hard-wired break glass units.
Our Hoarding division used a HIAB lorry to install our concrete filled barrel hoarding system to create a site perimeter. A scaffold tube is concreted into each barrel to form a framework to fix and support the plywood hoarding. We also provided vehicle access gates and a single access personnel door with a digital lock.
Finally our Security division installed a Radio Alarm System to the scaffold to prevent unauthorised access.
